Monday again and my 2nd week.

I'm pleased with how my weekend eating went. My hubby wanted to get a takeaway on Sunday night but when I said that I'd not be having any, he decided to give it a miss too (result). I got through the weekend without chocolate, biscuits and icecream, all of which my family enjoyed and i didn't let a nibble or a spoonful pass my lips so I'm very pleased with myself.

I did however enjoy my red wine Saturday night and I didn't fall into the trap of having nibbles with it like I would have normally done.

I'm really focused on the 'no junk food challenge' that I've taken on and I'm hoping I'm going to see a difference once that 4 week challenge is over and I'm hoping that it will teach me how to say no to all that high calorie, high sugar foods.

I keep telling myself that if I can give up smoking which I did 5 years ago then I can give up anything, it's about retraining myself

Anyway I'm off now to get the kids to school and to plan my food for the day.
