On track, so far. I'm down around 11 lbs (I don't count the water weight loss). I went over for the last 3 days - not by much, back on track today. I'm getting the cravings after dinner. Gonna have to factor in something to take the edge off before bed. Sticking to my plan. I eat meals at regular times and sticking to those times I rarely get the urge to binge. I'm getting cravings for food though. Today, I dreamed about steak! ;-) My clothes are looser, and I feel more energetic. I will dwell on how good I feel, rather than fixate on the scale numbers.
