I did something good for me today! I signed up on this site and I even made a few buddies already. We had a tough morning getting out the door for work and this afternoon will be hard with both kids to the doctor. Just the kind of day that I usually neglect myself except for taking the time to walk to the store to get a chocolate bar. But today, I ate a 90 calorie snack and I recorded a food journal. I haven't done that in ... a long time! I didn't get to dry my hair this morning or even have 5 minutes to myself, but hey, i'm back on track and that's a start!

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 June 2008:
