Went to doctor this morning, blood pressure doing much better!! Have to continue with the salt and gatorade as it appears that is helping. I'm also going to start to get off the Zoloft. Have another doctor appointment tomorrow for my gyn..oh what fun! Will talk to him as well and see what he says.

Yay about your BP and the Zoloft. I'm not sure about you, but I have less of an issue with all of that in the sunny summertime anyway. Watch out come November.

yea, the winter is what worries me, but come winter my hours will pick up at my second job as well (i work retail part time and the holiday season always keeps me busy) Hopefully with my workouts and everything I won't need to go back on any kind of medication like that.
