Last night VIP event at the rodeo - BBQ dinner. Had a few more carbs then normal but didn't go crazy. And more important I didn't give myself license to eat like a maniac - where in the past I would get go crazy on carbs, sweets & ice cream for days or weeks. Back on plan this morning with no cravings. It is all a mind game and I am in control for once in my life. Food does not control me any more - I control it!! Big cruise coming up in two weeks from today...not worried about this new way of life. This is my year to be successful in losing this weight!
