Blah today... frustrated that I can't workout and i'm lacking any energy to do anything. My body got out of bed but my brain says I should still be there. Overtired would be the feeling right now but I did get sleep last night. I'm just all sorts of screwed up right now with this low blood pressure.

Do you have doctor appointment? I think the other med you mentioned in your post, not the BC, can also make you lethargic. So that might be another factor. And I don't know about you, but we have awful humidity here which saps the life out of me.

Sorry your having such a hard time, guess you just have to hang tough till your Drs appointment and hope that they have the answers. Good luck! Maybe eat some extra fruits to help with your tiredness?

Thanks!! Doctors appointment is on the 21st... at this point I can't wait. I'm feeling better today so lets hope i can start to find some energy back little by little. I actually woke up before my alarm went off today...so maybe thats a start! This humidity is killing me too!
