Hokay. Not a huge fan of the exercise logging tool here, so I'll do it here. Officially I recommenced working out on Saturday when I swam (more like fast floating) a bit, but then last night I actually tried. It sucks how much I lost with one week of being sick! That's okay. I've started from here before, I can do it again and still meet my goal (beating my 10k Boulder Bolder time from last year).
So - exercise journal: 1/12 - 2000 yds swimming. Slow, relaxed, no main set. 1/14 - 30 min 1.74 miles (ugh!!!) "running" 3x12 @ 55 - bench 3 x 12 @ 60 - lat 3 x 12 @ 30 - tri
Back into the fray we go... :P
