Ok, need some advice, I have been eating my 3 meals a day, but I am not hungry in between the meals, do I have to have a snack inbetween? I know the book says to eat 5 small meals or 3 regular meals with a snack inbetween. Should I make myself eat something to keep the hunger regulated, or can I just go with the 3 regular meals?

No, you don't have to snack. However, snacks are a wonderful way to help get in your required calories. But if you can do that with 3 meals, then your fine. If you aren't getting enough calories and you need to incorporate snacks - try eating smaller, more frequent meals. It is much easier to eat again if you stomache is not full from a big meal.

Thanks Kelli, the other issue I have is that I don't always have the time/opportunity to snack at work.

There are lots of days in which I can't fit a snack in. On those days I just try to increase my fat in other meals. This way I can be sure to get enough calories. Your calories are typically within the right range so unless you start having problems I wouldn't worry too much about it.
