1856 kcal Fat: 99.20g | Prot: 69.84g | Carb: 171.71g.   Breakfast: acai juice. Lunch: Fried Batter Dipped Cauliflower, Atkins endulge bar. Dinner: Honey Butter, multigrain roll, oyster crackers, chicken noodle soup, fried chicken drumstick, nacho cheese, green grapes, Blue cheese dressing,  cantelope melons, steamed broccoli, strawberries, cheddar cheese, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, chopped onions. more...
losing 1.2 lb a week
