Sure is nice to drop 6.6 lbs in 48 hours by just watching what I ate and not snacking after supper.

I am going to hit the elliptical today.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
