I really need to lose weight and get in shape.

I have injuries from sports and the Army and feeling quite brittle.

My day job has me sit for 10 hours a day at a computer. I then sit for a couple hours a night doing work on the computer at home.

I have sleep apnea.

I have high cholesterol.

I am depressed and have social anxiety.

I get angry easily.

I get winded on stairs.

My grandfather's both died of heart problems; one of them was 38.

I need to be around to support my family, financially, and as a father and husband.

I constantly am thinking about my weight. I hate looking in mirrors. I hate sucking my gut in.

I know my wife wants me to lose the weight.

I am an emotional eater and snacker late at night when I am working.

I need to-----must lose weight and get in shape.

Sure is nice to drop 6.6 lbs in 48 hours by just watching what I ate and not snacking after supper. I am going to hit the elliptical today.
