Yeah...nearly made it through the week. Its been quiet tough getting up early but I am starting to get back into it. Woke up slightly before my alarm went off & I had some precious minutes to stretch & wake-up slowly. Nice!
Last nights class was TOUGH! 48 solid minutes! James gave us exercises, just one minute each, but no rest at all inbetween. I nearly quit. I was exhausted.& I found out why my back hurt. Silly 'Miss no spring chicken' (my daughters new name for me) didn't engage her core enough. Maybe I need to go back to basics for a bit. Today my right clavicle hurts :(. Hopefully James will be able to stretch it out. Otherwise it will be a leg workout this afternoon.
I have decided not to log my food once again, FS is not making it easy for me, although it seems to work a little better since I have updated the app. But I know what I eat, I just need to listen to my body a bit more careful & give it what it needs. I think I am doing ok since my clothes fit much better again & I am on the last notch of my belt, again :)
