I weighed first thing this AM for the official start weight for the 12 Week Atkins Induction Challenge: STARTING W8 - 318 lbs That's a 5 lb loss from the start of the year due to eliminating the white carbs that had crept into my diet and reducing complex carbs in general to 80 - 100g per day and drinking plenty of water & green tea.
I have not been able to update my diet info to indicate Atkins Diet as my chosen method.
