I need to get back on track with the WW Points. I really need to find a way to get rid of the intense craving for sweets!
This week my husband and I are starting to track our points again. It's always hard for me to jump back on board, but I have to to it for my health.

Hang in there Albright777's! I have the exact same problem - sweets, sweets and more sweets! lol The only tip that has worked for me so far is feeding my sweet cravings with fruit or low-fat snacks like 96% Fat Free popcorn or 100 calories packs. Good luck to you! I can totally sympathize!

I took last week off - no exercising, didn't really watch what I ate either. Today I'm back on the wagon, and it was hard! Normally I get on the treadmill in the morning after breakfast, and I wasn't able to today, and for some reason, I was so hungry do to it! It took all my will to eat baby carrots rather than the chocolate chip muffin that my FIL brought over for a snack! You just have to get through the first couple of days, and you'll be fine! Just remember, that smaller size dress is tastier than any treat!
