Well..it was a good day. Put on the work out clothes and did a 45 minute walk and even did a couple of short jogging bursts. A gravel road with hills on both ends..it was challenging. Took a friend out for her 74th birthday. She wanted Chinese. I was excited because I know there would be plenty of meats and then I realized that most of the ones I like are sweet-- sesame chicken; Mongolian pork. Still I managed to overeat..just didn't get off keto. Spent evening relaxing by the campfire..awesome end to a good day!
