I am starting to record again now, because I would like to lose a little more and get down to 165. I am going to focus on my abs and thighs, while training to do an 8k at the end of February. I am very happy to start this new year in better health than I did last year. It is almost one year (in Feb) since I started to change my lifestyle for the better and my husband continues to tell me how proud he is of what I have accomplished. I am proud of myself too. I didn't think I could do what I have done, but the help and support of people on this site really encouraged me along my journey. I hope all of my friends experience reaching their goals and enjoy healthier new bodies in this new year!!
