The new year is here and my new routine will impact my weightloss:

1. Five days per week, I must excersice for an hour -- 2 half hour sessions if necessary.

2. Weigh in twice a week--Monday and Friday

3. Log in everything I eat -- consume 1,500 calories or less per day

My goal is to reach 155lbs by March 2013
