Not bad, eat almost anything I wanted, walked and played ball with the dogs. Really ready to get back on track on Wed. Just played disc golf and now we are drinking ;-)
180.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
