I had a bad day at work yesterday, really get upset with the staff at the hospital. I went last night and had one to many drinks. Now I have a killer headache and sick on my stomach. Trying to get the get and go and take in some breakfast and water so the headache will go away, so I can go for my run. Good luck to everyone in the new year and I hope everyone will reach their goals.
