I still feel like I am in a rut, work sucks and so do my home life. Guess I need to stop being depress all the time it is just hard to do. I know once this is past I will feel like doing something. Every time I feel this way all I want to do is eat junk food, and I never been a junkie person.

ok it been awhile since I have been on here, I am ging through so personal problem here. I guess you can say I in a rut in my life, I have some major choices in my life I'm trying to make decision on. my wt is at 172 now and my measurements are the following chest 39, waist 33 1/4, hips 39 1/2, mid thigh 21 1/2, upper arm 12 1/2. I do believe I'm going to join a gym this monday comeing up and maybe that will help/ But I do know I need to start thinking about myself beside others that are in my life and just taking everything I work for away. But its hard even throughtout the children are not mine, I worry about them .

ok it has been awhile since I be keeping up with my intake, but I do my run and walking every day. Since then I only lost a few pounds so now I am trying to keep up with what I put into my body. I am wishful that I will start back losing 4 to 8 pounds a month. I do believe it is become a habit for me, but I still want to get down to 155 to 160. So that another 13 to 18 pounds I need to loss. I believe that the last 15 to 20 is the hardest to get rid of. I am in a size 9/ 10 in cloths, but when I look in the mirror I can always see something else I need to do. I guess by me being a big girl at one time I still look in the mirror and see that person that use to weight 290 pounds, even after losing 117 pounds.
