Awww man! I overdid it yesterday! I was SO hungry all day for some reason! Dinner was late also making me snack. My blood sugar was only low yesterday morning so the snacking did keep it from dropping. I got in my 8 glasses of water!
So, it's a new day. I do not want to feel like I did yesterday--ashamed of myself:)--so I am going to get active today!!

Good for you! It must be a terrible feeling to have a low blood sugar day..the meds that i take were taking so long to have a balance for me and I got that light headed feeling it was awful kind of made me sick have a fun 4th

Thanks guys! Once I get my blood sugar levels evened out, I won't have to snack as much. It is messing me up when I have to eat to raise my blood sugar! I know this holiday is gonna be a challenge, but I am gonna try to not go too far over my RDI. :)
