A healthy mental state is more important than fast pace results. Enjoying an evening with family, friends and food is not binge eating, there is a mental state of difference 🥰

It's a mindset. I hear people say ya but I will die happy or a wife who will say I can't eat healthy because my husband and family won't eat that way. YES YOU CAN... !

I still say those things lol. However if my family wants to eat they will eat what I’m making now. I refuse to give up my snickers though. Gave them up mostly for a year, very little ‘treats’ cold turkey basically. I’m in a much better place mentally about food when I can eat snacks and junk food once a day or so. And yes I’ll die happy (probably with a snickers in my hand after having a dinner of chicken fajitas on a low carb tortilla haha).

i dont agree, if you want fast result or extreme result you have to do some extreme things , im not saying you cant have a healthy life style with snacks im saying if want to be under 10% fat and stay in that shape you have to cut them and also no fruits

Just about to post something like this. We totally had a hamburger helper night. Not the first time since being here.... but the first time enjoying it without guilt because I know my woe and I know that realistically I have to have these types of meals because the family likes them along with myself and cost. My CICO and deficit I keep on point. I even made baked Brie en croute with pepper jelly but used avocado spray😊 totally had a sliver.

I seriously believe you have to find a plan that fits your life, not extreme but a WOE that fits your life, you can live with and never feel deprived. A treat turns into no longer being a treat if it makes you feel badly.
