Finished Day 1 Week 2 of C25K this morning. Getting a little more challenging, but I made it through all the runs...yay!
Emotionally stressed today, but I'm still feeling good about my weight loss progress. Sometimes when things are going wrong in other parts of my life, I can still be joyful about this part of my life in which I have total control over!
On another note, a girlfriend whom I haven't seen in a few months complimented me the other day and said that I'm looking really good. That lifted my spirits to know that my hard work is starting to show. Sometimes I can look at myself and not really tell the difference, but only when I hear it from someone else OR I'm able to fit into clothes in the back of my closet that were once too tight do I really realize that something is changing...

I am right there with you on the not noticing when looking in the mirror! However, I HAVE recently noticed that my clothes are fitting loser and a few people have complimented me. So keep up the good work!! We'll get there one day! The positive reinforcement helps us along the way:)

Crazy .. tammy i still can't see a difference in myself when i look in the mirror.. really frustrating.. i might have to be 100 lbs for me to notice a difference lol

Compliments & clothes fitting looser are always great for when we don't see the changes ourselves. Congrats on the C25k training! You're doing very well. Keep up the great work girl! = )
