workout evryday...barely any weight loss
174.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week

You may not see a big loss on the scale yet, but the exercise will help you tone up and lose fat/inches much faster than if you didn't work out. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for months but went down 4 sizes. Just keep at it and the scale will eventually catch up.
