First google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. If your muscles are not used to working out every day, they may be temporarily retaining water to help them heal. I went on a long bike ride and was up 4 pounds the next day. It went a way after a few days and my muscles healed. Are you tracking your food? Are you being honest about your intake? Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Sometimes it's about "what" your eating and not just "how much". Are you eating too many processed foods (contain tons of sodium)? Are you drinking water (flushes out sodium)? You may need to play around with your caloric intake. If the gain is just water weight from working out, it will go away and the scale will go down in a week or so. Keep at it and realize that your body is a work in progess. You need to keep changing things up to see what will work for you. Good luck!
