Well I weight my self today I loss 183.6 my goal was 183.5, so I fell one oz short of it. I been walking 5 to 8 miles a day 3 miles is walking my pit bull which he is 80 pounds and think he walking me. I do jog with him 0.5 miles of those miles. In the morning I walk 3 to 4 miles and jog 1 miles a day. My weight has not been felling off like I would like. But since Dec 5 I have loss 1 1/2 inches in my chest to 39 1/2inches , waist 3/4 inch too 33 inches, lost inches in my hips to 41, and my left mid thigh I have lost 1 inch which fall to 22 inches. I now fit into a 11/12 and have alot more energy. But still my old man is saying I love the way you are and that I lossing all the weigth in the wrong place like my chest and my butt. What an ass, he should be happy with what I want to do with myself. I guess that why I not marry to him.
I think I might change my weigth goal to 160 pounds. I really want to get back into a 7/8 size but still thinking. I will be happy with 9/10.
