up some more. Ahhh! had a blood pressure scare this weekend and had to go to the ER. I have to lose weight so I can live a long healthy life for my kids. today has been great. e everyday should get easier, my goal eventually will be exercising daily also. I will succeed!

I got my journey to a healthier lifestyle for blood pressure readings that scared me too. I have family for whom I need to be healthy, and I am a breast cancer survivor. I know u can succeed, as I have lost 20 lbs....and plan to lose many more. If I can help, be a sounding board, encourage u in any way, let me know! One thing I really recommend is drink lots of water. It helps in many, many ways!
