Hmm. How about that? Reached my goal weight this week. I have to admit that I just picked a number out of the air 3 years ago when I started. I really just wanted to stop adding a pound or 2 each year and maybe roll it back a little. It all became easy this spring when I decided to start eating more fruits and vegetables and start treating meat like a condiment. I think I will stick with that. I plan to just keep eating this way and see what happens. I could probably cut back on fat content a bit by reducing the desserts a bit. ...not entirely though - they are just too good.
