I walked to the gym today and worked a little with weights while I was there. Hubby is meeting me for lunch so I will get a ride home today. The scale at the gym said 172.4 today...weird but I will continue to just record my weight at home. I am only stepping on the scale a few times a week now and not every day. I want to see how well I do at maintaining. So far so good. :)
