It was a beautiful weekend sun and all. Camping was exactly what I needed, a time out, not from my WOE I did that, maybe a little low on calories but not by much. Still no loss on the scale this morning :( but no gain either :). I will see how the week goes with the higher calories hopefully it will get things moving again.
