Can t do anything but be honest and thats what the scale says this morning!!!! 186.2???????????? WTF???????

well and truly bummed out here the scale is moving wait for it...........
in the WRONG direction ............
Im doing everything right
Ive not been following SB lately as was stalling after initial loss
Ive been calorie counting exercising and more but i just dont get it
been Dr.s bloodwork for thyroid is within limits and so its not disorder related
seeing a dietician in May (waiting on a date) so maybe they can help
I really am at the end of my rope here i do so-so for a while then for no appaarent reason my weight shoots up again
I cant say 2-3 lbs is water/sodium etc but 10 or so lbs is taking the P**S !!!
so sorry for the vent
not on FS as much as i used to as ive realised the time i spend on my butt journalling and reading could be better spent exercising!!! so im still around but being better at time spent sat on my fat booty....

Hey girl... you can do this! Get yourself a plan of attack, without it, you'll continue to stay stag net. Find an exercise that you like to do and can commit yourself to! Chin up babes, you CAN do this!!

Seeing a dietician sounds like a good plan. In looking over your food journal I think you could make better choices to stay within the South Beach plan. No white bread (only whole grain), cream soups are not as good a choice as a broth based soup, like vegetable beef soup or even some fat free chili instead of cream soup. Maybe use some olive oil and herbs to dip your bread in, instead of butter or some other spread that is more SB friendly. Have no idea what a jacks Barbeque is but it doesnt sound SB friendly either. Just trying you help with what I see in the last two days of your food journal. I know its difficult and I sure haven't been very good about sticking to SB friendly foods the last few days myself. It is a new day though, a new chance every morning to get it right! hang in there. You are doing great at sticking with it and working it out, you will find what works for you as long as you stick with it.
