Wow! You should create a historical weight entry for a time in the past when you were 425 pounds, so FS will show how much weight you've truly lost! Or even edit your first weigh-in and change it to your prior weight. You're a weight loss superstar!

Good morning everyone, Finished walking 4 miles and drinking a cup of warm water with a table spoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon. I'm currently doing intermittent fasting. Let me tell you intermittent fasting is awesome, my carb, and sugar cravings are minimal, and I stay full through out the day with drinking water. I definitely made it a life style change. Now if I want a donut or a snicker bar, I have one every now and then, but the funny thing is I drink water first, then take a bite. after I take one or two bites I'm satisfied and I immediately throw the remaining away so I won't be tempted. Out of site out of mind.

if you guys are chip lovers, I am going to do a posting on a eating chips without depriving yourself, actually a good chip that is pretty decent you buy at a whole foods store
