7 lbs away from a 100lbs loss on intermittent fasting, low carbs, and walking in my house. It's tough, i don't personally see the weight loss only notice in clothes. I will say I went from a size 30 to 20. Feels good to shop in regular stores.

So happy everyone, went clothes shopping for my new job and I am officially 8 dress sizes smaller. Total motivation to continue. new updated picture of me, guess what I VB have a neck now. LOL!!!
