I was shocked to see that Subway's flatbread has 2 grams MORE fat and about 20 more calories than their 9-grain whole bread option! Boo! (or maybe "yay" because I like their whole wheat). The flatness of the flat bread really makes you think that it would have less "bad stuff" and therefore be better for you--not!!!

I will improve my sleep habits to assist with my weight management. I will work out again at Planet Fitness Friday morning!!!!
