The week started out rough. On Sunday evening while doing my second P90X workout, I pulled a muscle or something slipped near my right shoulder blade. I spent Monday totally flat in bed, unable to move. Unbelievably, I woke up Tuesday morning with virutally no pain in that place. Very odd. I haven't worked out since Sunday night but plan to this evening. I plan to do Cardio X and if I feel alright go on to either Kenpo or Yoga X and also complete the Ab Ripper. I'm glad my back is better but I plan to take it a little easier on myself and maybe not go quite so hard for that burn.
Im excited for my weigh in tomorrow. I think I'm down at least a pound.
