So this is my 4th day on South Beach Diet and I can finally say that the junk food cravings are FINALLY starting to ease, I'm so relieved! My husband has been ultra supportive and has been helping me by not having junk food in the house. The first 3 days were the absolute hardest, especially since there are still junky granola/crackers/cereal/ and all sorts of "bad" food still in the house, it's been a huge test of willpower not to pig out on it all, but I finally feel like I'm winning. I've realized that I've never been able to stay on one of my self imposed diets for longer than a week, so I'm determined to make this long term!
