I finally made it back to my Karate class, for the first time since dislocating my shoulder, a few months ago. It really felt good to be back in class, and though I plan on taking it slow, I'm anxious to learn all that I can, to take it to the next level, so I can begin teaching it again. :-)

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 October 2012:

Was wondering where you were! Good to know your shoulder is feeling better. I've always loved your avatar but didn't realize you taught karate as well. BTW - I don't want you to think I've forgotten but it is another 80 degree day here so I still haven't been in the mood to start trying your recipes. Maybe next week!

Thanks ladies. I realized how much I missed, the dojo, as soon as I stepped through the door. I just made a pot of my Rich and Creamy Broccoli soup, yesterday, it's great to take in my lunch for work. :-)
