Urg!!!! During the Biggest Loser last night, I tried on my Calvin Klein dress and IT DIDN'T FIT!!!! On My God, I couldn't believe it..... I need to make a change, fast. Hopefully this will be a good starting point for me. I racked my brain on the treadmill this morning trying to think how I got to this point, and it's simple. I'm eating more than I'm burning and need to get back on a steady track on awareness. It starts today.

Thanks for the support. I couldn't believe it, and was truly down in the dumps for the rest of the night. I exercise every day, eat organic food, whole grains, plenty of fruit and vegetables but I must be doing something wrong. I constantly think about food, and would love to know how others distract themselves!
