I feel as though the weight is SLOWLY coming off..... I don't have scales to weigh myself, but my clothes are definitely getting a little looser. I didn't realize how the extra lbs had crept on, but I'm intent on losing them!

Now that I'm beginning to record my calorie intake, I'm beginning to see that I fall off the wagon over the weekend. With less exercise, a couple of glasses of wine and extra calories it's no wonder I've been slowly gaining weight over the past year. It's time to reel in that behavior and make a positive change. No more "cheat meal" on Fridays, and increased diligence on Saturday and Sunday will hopefully get me there..... Fingers crossed for a better week!

Binge weekend :( I ate wayyyy too much and didn't exercise at all. I'm disgusted at myself, but today is a new day so I'm eager to get back on track.
Had a tough workout this morning but am glad it's over!

Feeling good about my new plan. Although I don't weigh myself, I think I might have lost a bit of weight. I'll try on my clothes next Tuesday and see if I've made any progress.
Trying to not be obsessed about food is pretty difficult, but I'm working through it. Today is another day!

I'm excited about starting a fresh week and concentrating on my diet and exercise this week. Instead of driving to the gym this morning, I rode my bike which contributed an extra 20 minutes to my exercise regime.
Hoping to maintain the momentum and start seeing the pounds fall off.....
