Whatever possesed me to get a market fresh sandwich....I knew they were high in calories. It was even more than the 700 I thought it was!
Went back to gym today...had a nice 45 minute treadmill walk. Burned about 280 calories. Tried the elliptical for the first time in about 2 months could only do 4 minutes...1 more minute than before. I will try it again next week and see if I can go 4.5 minutes.
