My scale may be weighing me heavier than I am, my nursing evaluation was today and I was 236, wearing clothes and socks. And my BF % went from 46% to 32.5%.

Woman - that is amazing! The home scale is all relative - you still can see you are losing rapidly. Your BF% change is really wonderful!

It's all that weight lifting! Lean muscle mass is replacing that adipose tissue like crazy!

Not going to lie, it's a little weird/scary at times when I can touch like my shoulders and hips and arms and feel something other than fat. I'm like WOAH WOAH WOAH WHAT IS TH...oh. muscle and bone...
