Measured around one arm today (my left). I'm aiming to cut down on fat while increasing muscle mass, so I would like the size of my arm to more or less stay the same, but be more firm. I'm going to do the same with my leg. Not bothering with my neck since I don't have a lot of fat there and I don't plan on making it bigger.
Arm: 12" Leg: 24.5" (with pants on)
