Still too afraid to bother weighing in (it's the wrong time of the month to be weighing myself). Unfortunately for me, I haven't lost any circumference. I'm still at 38". I really thought I'd lose at least half an inch by now. I'm just horrible at doing anything right. I wish exercise wasn't so painful. I still feel sick from my cardio last Tuesday. I know it shouldn't take me a week to feel better from a workout. I just don't know what to do since I can't afford to see my doctor until my insurance changes. Just live with it, I guess.
