After an unplanned hiatus, I'm back. I've decided, however, do judge my success by measurements as opposed to weight. My weight fluctuates too much around my menstruation cycle to keep me from getting down on myself and it always seems like some of the added weight sticks around. I've been having trouble sticking with things since it feels like it only works for 3 weeks out of the month and then I'm back where I started. Maybe by not dealing with the scale, I can keep my motivation up. I can't find a place on here to record my measurements, so I'm just going to keep track in my journal here.
