last week was a challenge some days.found myself being hungry all the time and did act on those urges some of the time. seemed like i was like an animal preparing for winter/hibernation - eating and eating and eating. the booze was also a problem - wine or whiskey - a drink nearly every evening. it wasn't like i was drinking to oblivion - just a drink - something like the food. last evening was better - i ate better and substituted tea for booze. it was good. trying to be kinder to myself. metta in the mirror.
