I think it's safe to say that I've already plateaued, which is mega frustrating. I'm beginning to think that I've trained my body to eat less for so long that it can't handle this abundant low calorie diet and still lose weight. I'll be switching back to the 3 day diet for the next three days, for weight losses sake. I think what frustrated me most is that I sat patiently/torturously through two birthdays where everyone around me was eating cake and ice cream, I turned down the chance to go out to eat at a nice resteraunt that someone else was going to pay for, I followed the plan perfectly through all of this . . . and at the end of the torture there was no reward. Sorry you guys, I just had to vent all of that out.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Have you been doing any activity? maybe your gaining muscle? Have you tried the lemon water? I heard that helps! I know how your feeling I've been there in the past! Just keep trying and stay on track your counsellor should help you by looking at your journals! Good luck and keep up the good work!! The pounds will drop!

Marla, I hear you so loud and clear! I too, have been so faithful to this program and am losing soooo slow...in fact, have gained .2 since August 6th....I don't know what else to do!

Some of us just lose slower than others. Please do not give up. You will get there eventually. It is not the time so much that matters but that you get there. I only lost four pounds last month, but that is way better than not losing at all or gaining. Just think how much better you feel already and hang on to that!!! Hugggs.......
