Hi, I'm Marla. I'm a 24 year old college student who packed on about 40lbs after I got happily divorced two years ago. I've been riding the weightloss rollercoaster like most people. I'm trying to find a way to lose weight that won't require me to spend more than an hour a day in the gym because my time is limited with school, work, and other personal projects. My aunt and cousin have both been successful on LA Weight Loss so I thought I would give it a try. Good luck to everyone else on their lifestyle changing journey.

Luna Bars
My favorite is Carmel Nut Brownie and my second favorite is Cookies and Cream. Chai Tea is pretty good too.

L.A. Lites Alternatives
I have to laugh in approval at your topic. Alot of the stuff that they do is a rip off. I eat the Luna bars too and I think they're quite yummy, specifically the Cookies and Cream, Chai Tea, and Chocolate Nut Brownie. I also don't do the take off shakes. Instead, I use oranges. And to be honest, I'm not really paying to be on thier plan. My aunt and cousin are both paying to be on it, so my aunt went to Kinkos and copied their book for me. It's a bit too rich for my blood. I still weigh in twice to three times a week and I use this site for motivation to keep me going. From what I've read, on every site I've ever pulled up on LA Weight Loss, thier counselors are just past members that were successful on the plan. They try to hawk the bars and shakes because they get a commission on it. I think that paying for LA Weight Loss is great only if the constant one on one meetings are what you need to stay on track. I can see how this would be the most helpful part of the plan. But anyway, keep eating those yummy Luna bars and go prove LA Weight Loss wrong. Cheers. Smile

Take Off with Oranges
I'm using the oranges as well. My aunt, who's a nurse and also on LA Weight Loss, told me about it. And for another tip, you can use Luna bars instead of the LA Weight Loss nutrition bars. They're yummy. Smile
