Thank you to everyone who gave me ideas on how to get my cheeseburger fix. I'll probably be trying them soon. The next two days will be hard for me. Tonight I'm going to a wine tasting and tomorrow we're celebrating my grandmother's birthday at a mexican resteraunt. I'll try to make healthy choices but I'm not going to hold my breath on it. My current goal is to reach 159lbs by the end of the month. It's not very far off and I have enough time to make it. I guess it's going to be all about the discipline. I sure hope I have enough of it.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wine and water retention. This may not apply to you, but I'm very fond of wine and when I consume, I retain water. Jenny Craig counselor pointed this out to me and stated it was a common occurence. So don't be surprised if you show a temporary weight gain!

It certainly is the case with me...happens every time. But drink lots of water, at least one extra glass of water per glass of wine, it helps

Also add some fresh lemon to the water. At the mexican restaurant go for chicken fajitas, no rice or beans on the side. Ask for extra lettuce and tomato. Or tortilla soup, leave the fried chips out of it. Have fun!
