Ok. It wasn't that bad a weekend for food! I worked really hard at eating healthy all day and counting my calories because I knew that we hasd dinner plans each night; therfore, I kept my calories at about 300 for breakfast, another light lunch, and then ate the rest allowed calories for dinner. Not too bad. I am trying to incorp more natural fruit in my diet, mango, nectarines, strawberries (in my shakes). I am going back to tofu in my shakes, it fills me up more.

Great job. I do the same thing. If I have a meal already planned, I try to plan my other meals around them.
