Hello everyone!!

I joined a gym yesterday and met with my personal trainer today for the first time. She is absolutely amazing!!!

I now have a fitness plan in addition to my diet plan, so I expect to see even more weight come off!!!

I can't WAIT til next Monday to weigh in!

They also take measurements, so, I'm excited about that as well...they will take mine again in 4 weeks and also weigh me in 4 weeks.

I am shooting for 170 by May 1st!!! Maybe I can even outdo myself.

I felt SO damn good after exercising today at the gym...my stress was gone...

I just really want to make exercise a permanent part of my life...that's the only way I will feel better, be healthy, and be able to eventually morph into a "normal" diet of a little bit of everything without gaining weight back!

I KNOW I'll sleep good tonight!!!

I can't WAIT til Monday!!!!!!!!!

Oh that is great! I am so happy for you. Those measurements are going to make all the difference in comparison once you start toning and everything. Exercise will help your overall mood and health as well. :)

Congrats on taking the step to join a gym. I used to belong to a gym and did well but ended up quitting because it was near my work and my work relocated. Gotta love how exercise can change our moods!!! Yeah for endorphines!!!! Good luck with your mini goal for May 1st, mine is to reach 220 by May 1st. Keep up the great work!!!!
