Hello everyone!!
I joined a gym yesterday and met with my personal trainer today for the first time. She is absolutely amazing!!!
I now have a fitness plan in addition to my diet plan, so I expect to see even more weight come off!!!
I can't WAIT til next Monday to weigh in!
They also take measurements, so, I'm excited about that as well...they will take mine again in 4 weeks and also weigh me in 4 weeks.
I am shooting for 170 by May 1st!!! Maybe I can even outdo myself.
I felt SO damn good after exercising today at the gym...my stress was gone...
I just really want to make exercise a permanent part of my life...that's the only way I will feel better, be healthy, and be able to eventually morph into a "normal" diet of a little bit of everything without gaining weight back!
I KNOW I'll sleep good tonight!!!
I can't WAIT til Monday!!!!!!!!!
